Seminar for judges on enforcement of IPR and patent litigation
10-14 September 2001, Munich

Ten judges from Thailand and five judges from the Philippines took part in the ?Symposium on Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and Patent Litigation? at the European Patent Office in Munich during 10-14 September, 2001. The ECAP participants from Thailand and the Philippines joined over 200 counterparts from Europe and all over the world at the forum which addressed a comprehensive range of issues concerning intellectual property rights, patent litigation, as well as a mock trial.
